Womack, Aged 63, Succumbs Saturday To A Brief Illness Wiley W. Womack, aged 63, prominent citizen of Campti, and well known in this city and parish, succumbed Saturday morning to a brief illness in a Shreveport sanitarium, where he recently underwent a major operatoin. Funeral services, with Masonic rites, were conducted Sunday afternoon at the Zion Hill Baptist Church, with the pastor, Rev. Adams, in charge, and with interment being made in the Zion Hill Cemetery. Surviving him are his wife, one daughter, Mrs. Nore Ware of Shreveport; one son, Harvey Womack of Houston, Texas; and one granddaughter, Mrs. Nora Ware of Shreveport; six stepchildren, including Mrs. J. T. Bolton of this city, Mrs. T. M. Rabb, Mrs. I. Porter, and Jim Long of Urania; Mrs. J. C. Linam of East Texas, and C. E. Long of San Antonio, Texas; five brothers also survive and are Rich, Abe, Clarence, and Walter Womack of Sikes, and Joe Womack of Kelly.
