Mrs. A. Walker Dies; Burial At Zion Hill

Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Zion Hill Baptist Church
near Winnfield for Mrs. Alma Walker.  Burial was in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Walker, 99, died Wednesday, October 5, 1966 at the residence of her
daughter, Irene W. McConathy of Colfax.

Other survivors are three sons, Arnold R. Walker and Robert O. Walker, both
of Ball, and Addison M. Walker of Dry Prong; two daughters, Idell Walker of
Colfax and Avis W. Wages of Spurger, Texas; nine grandchildren and 19 great
grandchildren.

The deceased was a member of the Jordan family of Winn Parish.
