Mr. Wright had been in ill health for some time. Funeral services were held at the local First Baptist Church this morning at 10:00 o'clock, the Rev. A. H. Cullen, pastor, officiating. Interment was in the Winnfield Cemetery, the Masons having charge of the rites. Mr. Wright was born at Zion, on March 1, 1871. February 2, 1893, he married Miss Pinkie White. He has always made his home in this parish. The deceased is survived by his wife, Mrs. Pinkie Wright; two sisters, Mrs. W. D. Melton, of Route 2, Winnfield and Mrs. Lucy Long, of Georgetown; two adopted sons, Clabe Terral, of Leesville, and Leonard Brown Wright, Winnfield; and a host of relatives and friends to mourn his death.
