Mr. Wright had been in ill health for some time. Funeral services were held at the local First Baptist Church this morning at 10:00 o'clock, the Rev. A. H. Cullen, pastor, officiating. Interment was in Winnfield Cemetery Cemetery, the Masons having charge of the rites. Mr. Wright was born at Zion on March 1, 1871. February 2, 1893 he married Miss Pinkie White. He had always made his home in this parish. The deceased is survived by his wife, Mrs. Pinkie Wright; two sisters, Mrs. W. D. Melton of Route 2, Winnfield and Mrs. Lucy Long of Georgetown; two adopted sons, Clabe Terral of Leesvile and Leonard Brown Wright of Winnfield; and a host of relatives and friends.
