Mary Virginia Yelverton Dies In New Orleans

Miss Mary Virginia Yelverton, 18 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde
Yelverton of Winnfield, died in a New Orleans hospital April 15, following
several months illness.

Funeral services were held at the Sikes Baptist Church April 16, under the
direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home.  Rev. H. H. McBride, pastor,
Winnfield First Baptist Church, conducted the last rites.

Surviving besides the parents are three sisters, Juanice, Shirley, and
Leatrice, and one brother, Wallace.
