Gaulden Principal of Winn Training School and Pinecrest High School.

Principal Gaulden’s Great-Grandmother Emily Allen, a mulatto (B. 1835, D.
1905) was the mother of Andrew Gaulden Sr., his Grandfather and Jeff Allen,
Andrew Sr.’s Half-brother. Andrew Gaulden Sr. was born to Emily Allen on
June 15, 1868 in the town of Vernon, LA. She was the cook for J. B. Allen
who worked as a clerk in a store.
