The five sons are the older men in shirt-sleeves on the back row: Winfred,
Jr., Martel, Fontaine, Glen, and Bob (holding his daughter). Unfortunately,
the sons are not standing quite in birth order, as Glen is older than
Fontaine. The only daughter, Elinor, is seated in front of the man in the
suit--her husband.

Four grandchildren don't appear in this picture: one who was away playing
American Legion baseball, two who were children of the second marriage of
one of the brothers, and one who had not been born yet.
