This is a photo that I received from a cousin who obtained it from my 

Grandmother Lela McLain Leeper.  She was married to James Madison Leeper,my 

Grandfather, who was Mayor of Winnfield from 1904 until 1906.

Additional Comments:
I would like for someone to be able to confirm what the gathering is in the
