James Wesley Jordan Family

James Wesley Jordan was the brother of William M. Jordan, Jr. of Jordan Hill
in Winn Parish, LA. James Wesley Jordan's first wife was Mariall Jordan
sister of his brother's wife Phariby Jordan. (Mariall and Phariby were
cousins of James and William.) Shown above is Julia Campbell of
Natchitoches, who was James Wesley Jordan's second wife. This was second
marriages for both of them. They lived at Rocky Mount, near Robline, in
Natchitoches Parish, LA.

John J. Jordan was a brother to Eli Jordan. William E. Jordan of Provencal
is shown in another photo on his 100th birthday. John J. Jordan and his
wife, Sarah Craig are also ancestors of Winn Parish resident David
Hoffpauir.
This picture was taken about 1905.
