The wood frame house that Southern Funeral Home occupied at 202 E. Laffayette 
St. was demolished to make way for the new Southern Funeral Home at the same
location.  This photo shows the lobby of Southern Funeral Home in Winnfield as 
it appeared in 1957.  The large plate glass window covered by drapes to the 
immediate right in this picture is now the double door main entrance.
