E. Dark, registrar of voters of Winn Parish. The oldest of these is John F. Smith of Sikes, Ward 3, who was born July 28, 1844 and is now a few months past his ninetieth milestone. The next oldest is A. W. Radescich of Winnfield, born almost one year after Mr. Smith, July 7, 1845, and who has the distinction of being the first white child born with the present boundaries of Winn Parish. There is only one ward, Ward 8, that has no voting citizens eighty years or above. Ward 1 leads with 14, followed by Ward 6 with four, Ward 3 with three, Wards 4 and 7 with two each, and Wards 2, 5, 9, and 10 with one each. Those in Ward 1 include A. W. Radescich, W. F. Andrews, C. H. Boher, J. N. Huffman, Mrs. E. E. Moss, C. H. Sutton, J. R. Hendrix, T. A. Sillman, Henry Whisenant, Mrs. J. A. Colvin, J. N. Gates, Mrs. W. E. Long, H. P. Long, Mrs. Frances Smith. In Ward 2: Jesse J. Gorham. In Ward 3: John F. Smith, P. F. Smith, and John F. Smith. In Ward 4: W. E. Tally and W. T. Jolly. In Ward 5: W. J. Bazar In Ward 6: J. M. Ferguson, J. C. Patten, A. M.
