Death Certificate of William Oscar Spangler

Be it Remembered, that on this day to wit:  the
twenty-seventh, of January in the year of our Lord,
One thousand, Nine hundred and Thirty-seven and the
One hundred and 61 of the Independence of the United
States of America, before me, J. M. Batchelor, M.D.,
Chairman of the Board of Health and Ex=Officio Recorder
of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish
of Orleans, and the City of New Orleans, Personally
appeared S. MARRONE and undertaker native of this city
residing at No. 625 N. Rampart Street who hereby declares
that OSCAR SPANGLER (White) a native of Louisiana aged 72
years departed this life yesterday (26th of January 1937)
at the Charity Hospital in this City.  Remains were shipped
to Oliver, La.

Cause of Death: Uremia General Senile Arterio Sclerosis.

Certificate of Dr. C. S. FRESH and S. C. COLLINS

Deceased was married.

Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid
S. MARRONE as also in that of P. H. LANAUZE and W. J.
PRUDHOMME both of this city witnesses by me requested so
to be, who have hereunto set their hands together with me,
after reading hereof this day, month and year first above
written.

William Oscar Spangler was born in Winn Parish August of
1864 and died at the Charity Hospital in New Orleans
January 26, 1937.  His first wife was Julia Ann E. Williams,
Born June 1865 and died in the year 1900 in Winn Parish,
La.  His second wife was Nancy Jane Kelly born November 7,
1885 in Caldwell Parish, LA and died May 15, 1970 in
Caldwell Parish, La.
