THE WINNFIELD-NEWS AMERICAN Friday, August 5, 1938 NOAH-HARPER Miss Ruth Elaine Harper and Dick Noah were married Sunday morning at 9:30 o'clock at the Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Alwin Stokes conducting the ceremony, in the presence of a few close friends. Immediately after the vows were exchanged, the couple left for a wedding trip. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Blanchard Harper and the groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Frank Noah. The couple will reside here where the groom is employed at the Gulf Public Service company.
