In West Harwich, of brain fever, Mrs. Nomia, wife of Mr. Jonathan MAYO. In P'town, 27th July, Miss Sally Eaton, daughter of the late Capt. Ephraim COOK, 16 years. Lost overboard from schr TWO BROTHERS, in Long Island Sound, about July 1st, Theodore, son of Mr. John SCUDDER of Hyannis Port, aged about 13 years. He was drawing a bucket of water when he fell overboard. In Clapville, 22d July, Anson, son of Mr. Darrell KENISON, formerly of Jefferson, New Hampshire, 4-1/2 years. He wa found lying between two freight cars on the railroad track near the depot. It is supposed he stepped between the cars and attempted to shackle them while one was moving, when the "bunters" caught him by the head and bruised him so that he died in a few minutes. In Milford, Connecticut, 24th July, widow Elizabeth BRISTOL, 56. She was riding in a wagon with two other ladies, one of whom was driving and in descending a hill the horse increased his speed so as to alarm them; and while trying to assist the driver in managing the horse, the other two unfortunately guided him out of the road and upset the wagon. Mrs. B. was so badly hurt as to die in two days. August 8, 1844 In Yarmouth, on Tuesday last, Mrs. Mary B., wife of Capt. Albert H. DUNBAR, aged 30 years. Few men have experienced heavier afflictions in the loss of children just as they were opening into usefulness than Mr. R. Three of his children have died under similar circumstance. On board schr TRIO off Cape Cod, October 2d, suddenly, Capt. Thomas NICKERSON of Chatham. Capt. N. was unwell when he left New York and continued so until the night of the 2d, when he called the steward to his berth and told him he thought he was dying.
