If you can view the deed image, at the bottom you will see a 50 cent United States Inter. Revenue documentary stamp Series of 1898 depicting a steamship. You will need the free Adobe Acrobat PDF viewer (www.adobe.com) to see it. www.searsr.com/deeds/d1899a.pdf www.searsr.com/deeds/d1899b.pdf www.searsr.com/deeds/d1899c.pdf www.searsr.com/deeds/d1899d.pdf [Again the deed is handwritten on a boilerplate Quit-Claim deed form with Carters Extra Superfine watermark and glued together in three parts because the blank space on the boilerplate was not large enough.
