Pittsfield
Written: February 27, 1790

Nathan Wood of Pittsfield, yeoman, to Cornelius Luce of Pittsfield, yeoman; 
land in Pittsfield, on the road from Pittsfield to Lenox; mentions ledge of 
limestone & 2 lime kilns now standing there, one on Wood's land and one on land 
of Charles Bishop.  Witnesses: Isaac & Abel Wood.  No wife signed.  (Berkshire 
Co. Land Records, 39: 87)
