Additional Comments:
While visiting the town of Chicopee, MA, I walked into the city clerk's office
to ask about a death certificate for a great-uncle, Harry E. Bishop. They found
him listed. I asked for a copy of the record, but was told a document would be
typed up for me. The information on the certified document I paid for, and
received the same day, is what was given, typed and signed by the city clerk on
May 17, 2006.
