Wait, of the supreme court, it became known today. Marriage intentions have been filed at the city hall here. Wait is a graduate student at Harvard. The will of Miss Osburn's grandfather, Henry Osburn, provided an income to be paid to the girl for her lifetime and to her husband in the event of her death. This income Miss Osburn has used for the support of her mother. She said that her marriage at this time would protect her mother in that the income would be paid to her husband in the event of her own death. Wait will continue his studies at Harvard and Miss Osburn her work in an advertising office until next June when there will be a church wedding, she said.
