Enlisted: Boston, Mass., December 12, 1917. 
Died: Naval hospital, Chelsea, Mass., April 4, 1918. 
Cause: Result of burns.
Next of kin: Father, Martin Connors, Ballykinave, County Mayo, Ireland.
