Alexander Aldrich

In the name of God, Amen.

I, Alexander Aldrich of Northbridge in the County of Worcester, Commonwealth
of Massachusetts, being advanced in life but of a sound and disposing mind and
memory, thanks be given to God therefor, do make and publish this my last Will
and Testament in manner and form following - that is to say.

First. I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Abigail Aldrich the use and
improvement one full third part of my Real & personal estate during her
natural life that I may die seized and possessed of.

Item. I give and bequeath unto my three youngest sons (viz) Josiah Aldrich,
Jeremiah Aldrich & Clark Aldrich their heirs and assigns all my real estate to
be equally divided between them, that I may die, seized & possessed of on
condition that they pay and discharge all my just debts & funeral charges, and
the following legacies and also subject to their mother's dower (viz). To pay
to all my other children the following sums each. To Ahaz Aldrich ten dollars,
Alexander Aldrich ten dollars, to Rachel Davenport ten dollars. To Abigail
Chase ten Dollars to Lydia Hayward ten dollars and to Elizabeth Gaffield ten
dollars. Those several sums together with what I have already given them to be
in full for their share or portion out of my Estate.

Item. I give an d bequeath unto my two youngest Daughters viz, Hepzibah &
Hannah, the other or remaining two third parts of all my Personal Estate
together with Ten dollars a piece to be paid them by their brothers, first
aforenamed, that to be in full for their share or portion out of my Estate.

And Lastly, I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved son Josiah Aldrich my
only and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby ratifying
and confirming this and none other, to be my last Will & Testament.

I witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this twenty second day of
March in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and two.

Signed, sealed, published & declared by the said Alexander Aldrich this and
none other to be his last Will and Testament in presence of:
