David Samuelsen - January 2002 ************************************************************************ Vol. 478, page 290 Case 11955 Elizabeth Aldrich Be it remembered, that I, Elizabeth Aldrich, of Douglas, in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, being of sound mind and memory but knowing the uncertainty of this life, do make this, my last will and testament. After the payment, of my just debts and funeral charges, I bequeath and devise as follows: First. To Agnes S. Park, of said Douglass, I give and bequeath the sum of one hundred dollars, ($100.00). Second. All the rest, residue and remainder of my property and estate, whatever it may be, and wherever it may be situated, I give, bequeath and devise, unto my brother, George T. Aldrich, and unto my sister, Fanny Aldrich, in equal parts, share and share alike, to them, their heirs, and assigns, to their own use and behoof forever. Third. I hereby appoint and constitute the said, George T. Aldrich, to be executor of this will, and request that he may be exempted from furnishing sureties on his official bond. In testimony whereof, I hereunto set my hand and in the presence of three witnesses, declare this to be my last will, this fifth day of February, in the year, one thousand eight hundred and ninety.
