Aldrich, of Northbridge, in the County of Worcester and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking, all wills heretofore made by me. I give, devise, and bqueath as follow viz: 1st. To Samuel A. Bennett, of Mendon, in said county, Six Hundred Dollars, and all my claims, against the estate of Rufus A. Bennett, late of said Northbridge, deceased, and any and all real estate and intrests, therien, belonging to me, which were owned, or held by said Rufus A. Bennett, at the time of his death. 2d. To Sarah L. Bennett, of said Mendon, Five Hundred Dollars. 3d. To Leonard E. Taft, of said Mendon, any and all real estate and interests therein, located in said Mendon, which may be owned by me, at the time of my decease. 4th. To George H. Bennett, of said Northbridge, Five Hundred Dollars. 5th. To Harriet T. Redfield, of said Northbridge, Five Hundred Dollars. 6th. To Cora M. Strong, of the city of Worcester, in said county Three Hundred Dollars. 7th. To Sarah L. Nourse, of said Worcester, Two Hundred Dollars. 8th. All the rest and residue, of the estate, real, personal and mixed of which I may die, seized and possessed, I give, bequeath and devise to Mabel P. Ballou, of said Northbridge. I nominate and appoint, said Samuel A. Bennett, sole executor of this my will, and direct him to pay, my funeral expenses, and all debts and proper charges against my estate, and all legaices above given, as soon as may be after my decease, and at the expense of my estate, cause the family burial lot to be put in order and proper lettering, cut upon the head stone thereon, standing. I also request that said Samuel A. Bennett, be exempt, from furnishing surety or sureties, on his official bond, as executor of this will. In testimony whereof, I hereunto set my hand and seal, andin the presence of three witnesses, declare this to be my last will and testament, this 24th day of Feb. A.D. 1891. Harriet D.
