David Samuelsen - January 2002 ************************************************************************ Worcester Co MA Vol. 23 page 50 Joshua Aldrich probated 6 July 1790 I, Joshua Aldrich of Uxbridge being in good bodily health and of a sound disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament First my will is that all my Just Debts and funeral that is be paid out of my personal Estate by my Executor hereinafter named. Item I give and bequeath to my Brothers Abel, Nathl and William Aldrich all my wearing apparel to be divided Equally between them Item I give all the rest of my Estate both real and personal to my said three Brothers and my four sisters, Ruth Daniels, Mary Aldrich, Emma Potter and Rachel Aldrich, one half to my said Brothers to be equally divided between and the other half to my said Sisters to be Equally divided between them. I appoint and hereby constitute my aforesaid Brother Nathl Aldrich sole Executor to this my Last Will and Testament. Moreover I hereby reovke and disanull all other or former Wills by me made or ordained and establish this and no other as my Last Will and Testament.
