Aldrich Be it remembered, that I, Mary Ann Aldrich, of Clinton, in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, being of sound mind and memory, but knowing the uncertainty of this life, do make this my last will and testament. After the payment, of my just debts and funeral charges, I bequeath and devise as follows: First. I give and bequeath, unto Roger F. Jermain, all my personal property, viz: on ebank book, No. 16842, of the Peoples Savings Bank, in the City of Worcester, Mass., one bank book No. 66701, of the Worcester County Institution for Savings in the City of Worcester, Mass., one note of one hundred dollars, with interest at six percent, given by F. G. Johnson, attorney at law, of Kansas City, Mo. February 10th, 1885. It being my intention to make the said Roger F. Jermain, my sole heir in consideration of the care of himself and wife, for me, and hereby excluding my children from any share in my property. Second. I hereby appoint said Roger F. Jermain, to be the executor of this my last will and testament and I desire that he may be excused from giving sureties on his bond. In testimony whereof, I hereunto set my hand, and in the presence of three witnesses, declare this to be my last will, this twenty-fifth day of November, in the year, one thousand eight hundred and eighty seven.
