Newton Be it remembered that on this eighteenth day of January A.D. 1875, I , William B. Newton, of Shrewsbury, in the County of Worcester and State of Massachusetts, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make publish and declare this my last will and testament. First. After payment of my just debts and funeral charges I give to my son Lyman C. Newton of Boston, One dollar. Second. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate real and [illegible] I give devise and bequeath to my wife Ann A.
