Walnut Bottom, Cumberland, Allegany County, Md.
Written: April 4, 1874
Recorded: October 12, 1875

At the request of Geo M Reid Jr et al this Deed was recorded Oct 12th 1875.
This Deed made this fourth day of April in the year eighteen hundred seventy 
four by us Alfred Beall and Martha Beall my wife of Pike County in the State 
of Missouri, Witnesseth that in consideration of the sum of one dollar current 
money, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and the further 
consideration that we the grantors herein own nothing more in the real estate 
herein conveyed than mere legal title, we the said Alfred Beall and Martha 
Beall do grant unto George M. Reid Jr., Robert Reid, James Reid and William 
Reid of Allegany County Maryland, All the right, title and interest of the 
grantors in a certain lot of ground with the improvements thereon situated in 
the City of Cumberland in said Allegany County being particularly described in 
the deed from Samuel P. Smith Trustee to Maria Reid bearing date on the 13th 
day of July 1864, And recorded in Liber H H No 22 folio 90 one of Land Records 
of said Allegany County. Witness hand and seals.

          State of Missouri County Pike to wit:
I hereby certify that on this 4th day oof April in the year eighteen hundred 
and seventy four, before the subscriber a Notary Public in and for said State 
and County, personally came Alfred Beall and Marth Beall his wife, and did 
each acknowledge the foregoing deed to be their respective act. In witness 
whereof I have set my hand and affixed my official seal this 4th day of April 
1874.
