CRAWFORD of the same place for $267, all that parcel of land lying in Allegany County called Sandy Spring which was a patent on August 11, 1798 and containing 60 acres. Polly, wife of Michael PAUGH consented to the sale. CRAWFORD of Allegany County for the sum of $2600, lots #347, 348, and 349 lying westward of Fort Cumberland, containing 50 acres each and also lot #346 adjoining the above and also 17 and one half acres of land on the North Branch of the Potomack just above the mouth of Savage River, which land was bought by John TEMPLEMAN from Moses TITCHENAL, and also all that tract of land lying Westward of Fort Cumberland on which the ruins of Burnt Mill now stands.
