Marteen Manges, trustee, party of the first part; and Eddie Wigfield and Norah E. Wigfield, his wife, parties of the Second part, and all the County of Allegany and State of Maryland Witnesseth: Whereas, by deed of even date herewith, Eddie Wigfield and Norah E. Wigfield, his wife, conveyed the hereinafter described property unto the said A. Marteen Manges, trustee, for the purpose of having the said trustee reconvey the property unto Eddie Wigfield and Norah E. Wigfield, his wife, as tenants by the entireties, and to effectuate said purpose, this conveyance is now made Now, therefore, this deed witnesseth, hath for and in consideration of the sum of ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable considerations, their receipt whereof is herby acknowledged, the party of the first part does hereby give, grant, bargain and sell, release, convey and confirm unto the parties of the second part, their heirs and ???: Parcel no On: all that lot or parcel of ground situate in the village of Flintstone, Allegany county, Maryland and known as the Blacksmith's property, being described by metes, founds, courses and distances as follows, to-wit: beginning for said property at the limits of the Turnpike Road on a line drawn South 58.25 degrees East 221 feet from the east front corner of the store house of formerly Eli W. Ash & son, now James As; and running thence south 28.25 degrees West 133 feet, more or less; thence south 58.25 degrees east 80 feet; thence north 28.25 degrees east to the turnpike road; and with the limits of the aforesaid turnpike road to the place of beginning. Parcel No Two: All that lot or parcel of land lying and being in the village of Flintstone, Allegany county, Maryland, and which said parcel is more particularly described as follows, to to-wit: Beginning for said parcel at the fence post standing and being at the southeast corner and also at the end of the second line of a lot of ground situate in the village aforesaid and is fully described in a deed from Levi H. Hamilton, et ux, to Eli W. Ash and James Ash, dated the 20 day of February, 1877, and recorded in Libert T. L. No. 48, folio 496, one of the Land Records of Allegany County Maryland; and running thence South r.5 degrees West 2.75 perches plus 2 links to iron pin; thence South 16.5 degrees east 7.25 perches plus 1 link to iron pin; thence North 74 degrees east 7.25 perches plus 1 link to iron pin; thence North 74 digress east 2.25 perches to the first line of a tract of land called Flintstone; at iron pin and with part of said first line, North 7 degrees east 20 perches to center of Turnpike, 2.5 perches form the east end of the bridge over Flintstone Creek, it being the beginning of F. R. Wilson's farm; thence North 87 degrees west 6.5 perches to the end of the third line of the lot deeded by Levi H. Hamilton, et ux, to Eli W. Ash and James Ash, aforesaid; thence reversing said third line, South 28.25 degrees west 133 feet to the place of beginning. Parcel No Three: Al that piece and parcel of land lying and being situate in the Village of Flintstone, in Election District No.3, of Allegany County, Maryland, and described as follows, to wit: Beginning for said parcel at a planted stone marked F. R., it being the beginning of a tract of land called :Flintstone," and being also the beginning of a tract of land called "Careless" and also the beginning of at tract of land called "Mountain Vale"; and running thence with the first line of "Careless" and "Mountain Vale", south 17 degrees west 57 perches; thence with the second line of "Mountain Vale" and the 14th line of "Careless," South 28.5 degrees East 30 perches; thence leaving the lines of "Careless" and "Mountain Vale”l thence running across "Mountain Vale" (on May 1, 1924) North 20.75 degrees East 80 perches to an iron pin witnessed by a spruce tree bearing 2 notches; thence North 4 degrees 10 minutes West 6.23 perches to an iron pin at the southeast corner of C. W. Oster's lot; thence reversing the third line of said lot, North 29.5 degrees East 7 perces to a peg; thence leaving the lines of mid lot, North 3.75 degrees West 17 perches to a locust bearing 6 notches, North11 degrees West 13 perches to the southwest corner of Dennis Bennett's lot; thence with the 8th, 9th, and 10th lines of said Dennis Bennett's lot, North 1 degree West 11 peches; thence North 27 degrees West 6.5 perches to the first line of Flintstone; and with it reversed, south 7 degrees West 45.25 perches to the place of beginning, containing 14.25 acres, more or less. Parcel Fourth All of those two lots, pieces, or parcels of land situate, lying and being in the Village of Flintstone, in Allegany County, Maryland, and described as follows towit: First, beginning at iron pin in a former line; thence North 55.5 degrees west 254 feet to a stake at Hinkle and Browning (Now Hinkle and Whip) corner; thence North 33.5 degrees east 109 feet to a stake; thence South 58.5 degrees east 9 perches and 3 links to a fence post; thence south 8,.5 degrees west 2.75 perches and 2 links to an iron pin; thence south 16.5 degrees east 7 perches and 20 links to the beginning, containing 75 acres, more or less. Second: Beginning at an iron pin, a former corner; then old call, North 74.5 degrees east 2.25 perches to a stake a former corner; thence south 7 degrees west 4.75 perches to an old stump; thence North 15 degrees west 4 perches and 7 links to the beginning, containing 6 square perches, more or less (a right of way for water from Lester S. Hinkle's and Howard Willison's land to enter certain ditch over the lands hereby conveyed; excepting from this conveyance that portion of said property heretofore conveyed to Harry V. Bender, et ux. The aforesaid property is the same property conveyed by deed of even date herewith from Eddie Wigfield and Norah E. Wigfield, his wife, to A. Marttens Manges, Trustee, and which said deed to be recorded prior to the recordation of this deed among the land records of Allegany County, Maryland; a specific reference to which aid deed is hereby made for a full and more particular description of the land hereby conveyed. Together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, tan and the rights, roads, ways, waters, privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold the above granted property unto the said Eddie Wigfield and Norah E. Wigfield, his wife, as tenants by the entireties, their heirs and assigns forever in fee simple.
