WITNESSETH that for and in consideration of the sum of $1200.00 lawful money, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, we, the said Richard Morgan and Margaret Morgan, his wife, do grant unto William Dando of County and state aforesaid and unto his heirs and assigns forever. All those lots, pieces or parcels of land situated in Allegany County and State of Maryland, known and distinguished as Lot numbers 5, 6 and 7 of Block Number 27 of Bealls First Addition to the town of Frostburg. BEGINNING for the same at the south west corner of said block on Hill and German Streets, and running thence with said Hill Street North 36º, East 150 feet to Lot number 4 and with it South 54º, East 160 feet to an alley and with it 150 feet to said German Street and with it North 54º, West 151 feet to the place of beginning so as to include all three of said lots. IT BEING the same property heretofore conveyed by Nelson Beall and Caroline Beall his wife to Richard MORGAN and Margaret MORGAN, his wife, by deed dated the 3rd of July 1869 and recorded in Liber No. 29-Folio 679 one of the land records of Allegany County Maryland. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto him, the said William Dando in fee simple the said described premises (except the minerals which are hereby reserved as heretofore sold) forever. TOGETHER with all improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging. And the said Richard MORGAN and Margaret MORGAN his wife doth hereby covenant that they will warrant and defend (generally?) the property hereby conveyed and that they will make such further assurances as may be requisite (saving as above excepted.) WITNESS our hands and seals the day and year first hereinbefore written. Signed by Richard and Margaret Morgan - Test by H,R, Atkinson, J.P. STATE OF MARYLAND - Allegany County to wit: I hereby certify that on this 29th day of July in the year 1891 before the subscriber, a Justice of the Peace for the State of Maryland in and for Allegany County personally appeared Richard Morgan and Margaret Morgan his wife and did acknowledge the aforegoing Deed to be their respective act.
