John Steel, Jr., et al. This Deed, made this 11th, day of January, in the year nineteen hundred and sixteen, by and between John Steel Sr., of Allegany County, State of Maryland, Party of the First Part, and John F. Steel, Jr., Claude L. Steel, Margaret Stark, Andrew Steel, William Steel, George Steel, and David Steel, children of the said John Steel Sr., Parties of the Second Part. Witnesseth: That for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar cash, in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and for other good and valuable considerations, the said party of the first part does hereby grant, bargain, sell, release, and convey, unto the said parties of the second part, all of that parcel of land situated in Allegany County, state of Maryland, being part of that tract of land which was conveyed to the said John Steel Sr. and wife, by deed dated December 23, 1897, and described as follows: Beginning at the end of 1840 feet, North 85 Degrees West 65 1/2 feet, North 25 1/2 degrees East 195 1/2 feet to the third line of said tract, thence with said third line South 35 degrees East 75 1/2 feet to the place of beginning. Containing one fourth acre more or less. Said described piece of ground to be used by the parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns as a family burying ground. Together, with all the rights roads, ways and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining. With the right of free ingress and egress to and from said graveyard to the parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns. To have and to hold the above described property unto the aforementioned Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns forever in fee-simple.
