Bought land of Jacob Wicoff, who departed this life intestate, leaving following children and heirs: William Wychoff; Samuel Wychoff, Jacob Wyckoff, Mathias Wyckoff, Hannah Wyckoff, Cornelia Wyckoff. Petition granted 12 January 1819. MD LW&P, MD Book 159, 1818-1822, FHC Film 0013136, page 204 George Moore, Zachariah Moore – Allegany County Whereas James Moore, Maria Hays, wife of John Hays, Matilda Moore, Charlotte Moore, Elinor Moore of Allegany County, by their petition to the Honorable, the Chancellor, did set forth that it……..the return made by the commissioners agreeably to an act of the General Assembly of Maryland……..November Session 1788 that a certain Zachariah Moore, Leutenant (sic) of the Maryland line was entitled to the following lots 2690, 2682, 2684 and 2685 lying in County aforesaid to the westward of Fort Cumberland and contiguous to each other. The petitioners…..further represented that the said Zachariah Moore had departed this life intestate, leaving George Moore, his only child and heir-at-law, that George Moore also departed this life intestate, leaving the petitioners his only children and heirs-at-law. Children of George Payne were John Payne, Raphael Payne, Susannah Payne Porter (Thomas), Sarah Payne Durbin (Samuel), Rachel Payne Arnold (Elias), Mary Payne Logue (James), Margaret Payne Woods (James). 50 acres granted to John Witt 20 May 1818. MD LW&P 1818-1822, FHC Film 0013136, page 53 Henry Perregoy Henry Perregoy and Elizabeth, wife of said Henry, formerly Elizabeth Plummer, surviving daughter of Jerome Plummer, late of Allegany County, deceased, and George Plummer, son of Jerome Plummer, do assign all rights, etc. to “White Oak Hollow”, granted to Jerome Plummer 4 March 1795, to Amos Davis of Allegany County 10 September 1821 Rebecca Plummer and Christiana Plummer, daughters and heirs of Jerome Plummer are both dead, leaving no heirs. Nathan Tracy – Allegany county 52 5/8 acres “Addition to White Oak Ridge” Nathan Tracy of Allegany county had surveyed tract of land called “Addition to White Oak Ridge”, virtue of 9 acres assigned by James Prather out of common warrant for 100 acres. Land granted to Tracy “Addition to White Oak Ridge”, lying next to tract of land called “White Oak Ridge”, surveyed for Christopher Waggoner 5 November 1798. Granted Nathan Tracy 14 January 1815..
