WITNESSETH: that for and in consideration of the sum of $1200.00 current money the receipt for which is hereby acknowledged, I the said Sarah Wright do grant unto William Dando of County and State aforesaid and unto his heirs and assigns forever. ALL that lot piece or parcel of land lying and being in said Allegany County and State of Maryland and adjoining the town of Frostburg it being a part of a tract of land called WALNUT LEVEL which part is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a stake standing at the end of the third line of that part of Walnut Level laid off for Llewellyn T. Williams and reversing thence with said 3rd line reversed West 578 feet to a stake, North 10º West 75 feet to a stake then East 602 feet to the County Road and with it by a straight line to the beginning. Containing one acre more or less. It being the same lot which was conveyed to Evan L. Evans by Curtin M. Graham and Sarah Wright by deed bearing date February 6th 1872 and recorded in Liber HR 55-Folio 291 one of the land records of Allegany County. ALSO all that other lot or part of said WALNUT LEVEL adjoining the above described lot and which is described as follows: Beginning at the end of the third line of said above described lot and running with said line reversed West 602 feet to the end of the second line of Biddington Lot and with the third line thereof 624 feet to the County road and with it South 12º, West 66 feet to the beginning. Containing 148 and ½ perches. Being the same lot which was conveyed to Evan L. Evans by Curtin M. Graham and Sarah Wrigt by deed bearing date January 27th 1875 and recorded in Liber #43- Folio 521 one of the land records of Allegany County and which was subsquently conveyed by Evan L. Evans and Elizabeth Evans his wife to Curtin M. Graham and Sarah Wright by deed bearing date September 27th 1881 and recorded in Liber #55 Folio 460, one of the Land Records of Allegany County. Together with the buildings and improvements thereon erected on both of the aforesaid described lots and the rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging. SAVING and excepting from the operation of this deed all the minerals which may be under the aforesaid lots, pieces or parcels of land as heretofore sold and conveyed by Curtis M. Graham and Susan Graham, his wife, and Sarah Wright to the Union Mining Company. And the said Sarah Wright doth hereby covenant that she will warrant and defend generally saving and excepting as above excepted) the property hereby conveyed and that she will execute such other and further assurances as may by requisite.
