H. B. Md. Inf. In addition to statement herewith dated April 8, 1885 roll of special muster dated April 14, 1863 shows him present, and hospital muster roll of the Reg't to Feb. 29/64 shows him present sick attached to Hosp. Jan. 26, 1864. Other records show him Apl. 2/64 returned to Co. from Regtl Hospl.- Apl 16/64 Absent sick Apl 30/64 Absent sick May 31/64 Home sick has sent Surgeons Certificate. June 30/64 At home sick since the 10th of April not being able to return from the election.
