Manley, 28 Dundille Road, Towson, formerly of Midland, observed their 50th wedding anniversary October 10. It began with mass celebrated at the home of their daughter, Mrs. Charles Brown, Towson, by Rev. Joseph P. Josaitis, of All Saints Church, Baltimore. It was followed by a dinner with musical entertainment, at the Green Spring Country Club, Falls Road, near Brooklandville. Mrs. Miller (sic-Manley) is the former Miss Nellie Ward, Midland. The couple was married October 12, 1920, in St. Joseph's Church, Midland, by the late Rev. John Brennan, pastor. Her sister, Mrs. Marguerite Ward Wade, West Baltimore, was maid of honor while the late Victor Connell was best man. The couple have three children, Mrs. Brown, William J. Manley Jr., Baltimore; and Harry Manley, Cheverly. Among the guests were his sisters, Mrs. Mary Mahese (sic-Maher), Midland; Mrs. Edmund Cavanaugh, Akron. Ohio: Miss Catherine K. Manley, Baltimore; and brothers, George Manley, West Baltimore: John A. Manley, Laurel and former judge Michael J. Manley, Baltimore; Her sisters, Mrs. James Brannon, Mt.
