Barry, 46, of 158 East College Avenue, died yesterday at Miners Hospital where he had been a patient three weeks. He had been in failing health for five years. A former employe of the bobbin stores, Celanese Fibers Company, he was a member of Textile Workers Local 1874, St. Michael's Catholic Church, the Holy Name Society and Knights of Columbus Council 1442. Born in Eckhart, he was a son of the late James J. and Clara R. (Smith) Barry. Surviving are his wife, Delores (Bolinger) Barry, two daughters, Sharon and Linda Barry, and a son, Raymond Barry, all at home; a sister, Mrs. Ralph Dickey, Somerset, Pa.; eight brothers, John T. Barry, Akron, Ohio; James P. Barry, Cumberland; William E. Barry, DeSales F. Barry, and Charles M. Barry, Sr., all of Eckhart; Lawrence A. Barry, Leo J. Barry and Joseph P. Barry, here. The body is at the Durst Funeral Home where friends will be received from 7 until 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p.m. A requiem mass will be celebrated Friday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Michael's Catholic Church. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park. The Rosary will be recited at the Durst Funeral Home at 8:30 p.m. tomorrow."
