Wife: The late Mrs. Hattie (Beverage) Briner. [Beveridge] Survivors: three daughters: Miss Grace Briner and Miss Carleita Briner, both of Midland; Mrs. Paul Thrasher of Illinois; two sisters: Mrs. Mary Miller, Corriganville; Mrs. Ted Bell, Wrights Crossing; one brother, Joseph Briner, Cresaptown; two grandchildren. Member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Midland and the Holy Name Society. Veteran of World War I. Member of the Midland American Legion Post. Requiem mass at St. Joseph's Church, Midland. Interment at Sunset Memorial Park. Eichhorn Funeral Home in Lonaconing.
