Mr. Byrne was the son of the late Myles and Anne Byrne, natives of Ireland who came to this country from England and settled in Ocean, this county. Mr. Byrne was born in Scotland and came to this country with his parents when quite young. He is survived by nine daughters, Mrs. John Stakem, Midland; Mrs. John McGreevy, Wilmerding, Pa.; Mrs. John Kelly, Baltimore; Mrs. Owen McGreevy, Westernport; Sister Placide, Visitation Convent, Catonsville, Md.; Sister Theresa, Georgetown, D.C.; and Misses Catherine, Pauline, and Helen Byrne, of Baltimore; John of Butte, and Miles of Baltimore and one sister, Miss Mary Byrne of Midland also survive. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 8:30 o'clock at his late residence with a requiem high mass at St. Ann's Church at 9 o'clock. Interment will be in Cathedral cemetery, Baltimore."
