Cumberland Evening Times, 7 Aug 1937: 
"Lonaconing, Md. Aug 7-Word was received here by Postmaster J. Frank Quinn of 
the death of his sister, Mrs. Sarah Byrne, in Auburn, N.Y. Mrs. Byrne was the 
daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Quinn and was a native of Lonaconing. 
Besides her husband and brother, two sisters, Mrs. John Kenny, Midland, who 
was with her at the time of her death, and Miss Julia Quinn of this place, 
survive."
