"Cumberland Times" Cumberland, Maryland, Sun 21 May 1972: "
Joseph DeSallis Connelly, 50, of 525 Gorsuch Avenue, Baltimore, native of here, died 
Friday in Charles Street General Hospital, Baltimore. He was the son of the late Mrs. 
Edna Mae Willison. Mr. Connelly was a veteran of WWII and a member of Farrady Post 24, 
American Legion, here, and was vice president of the Baltimore Democratic Club. The 
body is at the Rucks Funeral Home, Harford Road, Baltimore. Interment will be in 
Baltimore."
