Interment will be made in St. Patrick’s cemetery. The deceased was born in Ireland and came to this country when 19 years of age. He settled near here and was in the employ of the B & O Railroad for 25 years, part of the time as section foreman. At the end of his service with the latter road, he bought the Cavanaugh farm at North Branch. About 15 years ago he sold the farm and settled here, living a retired life. Mr. Connelly had been twice married, he being survived by his wife, Mrs. Bridget A. Connelly, and the following children: Mr. Ed Connelly, 113 Arch Street, engineer on the Pittsburgh division, B & o railroad; James, railroad engineer at Braddock, Pa.; Patrick, telegraph operator, B. B. & I.E. R.R. Co., Braddock, Pa.; W. B.
