Cumberland News, Cumberland, Maryland, Sat 12 Apr 1969: 
"Patrick J. Creegan, 73, of 37J Ridge Road, Greenbelt, died 
yesterday at Prince Georges County Hospital, Cheverly.  Born 
July 27, 1897 in Midland, he was the son of the late Patrick 
J. and Ann (Kenny) Creegan.  He was a retired hardward 
company employe.  Mr. Creegan was a member of Cumberland 
Council 586, Knights of Columbus and St. Patrick's Catholic 
Church.  He is survived by his widow, Mary (McGraw) Creegan, 
and a son, Patrick Creegan, Cleveland.  The body will be 
returned to Stein Funeral Home where friends will be received 
today from 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 
p.m.  Requiem mass will be celebrated Monday at 9 a.m. at St. 
Patrick's Church.  Interment will be in the parish cemetery."
