     Frostburg, Oct. 18 – Samuel Dudley, 46, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John
Dudley, died at 8:30 a.m., today, at his home, Eckhart.  He operated a general
store in Eckhart for many years, and had been ill seven months.
     Besides his widow, Mrs. Mollie (Keller) Dudley, he is survived by a son,
Harold, at home; one brother, John Dudley, and four sisters, Mrs. John
Bannatyne, Mrs. Roy Stewart, Mrs. May Lafferty and Mrs. Anna Lafferty, all of
Eckhart.
     He was an active member of the Eckhart Baptist Church and the Junior Order
United American Mechanics.
