Va., April 27 --Michael J. Dugan, 83, Gilmore street, died Monday afternoon after a short illness. A son of the late Thomas and Mary Dugan, he was born in Philadelphia, but had resided here since a small child. He was a retired B. & O. boilermaker, having been in the service fifty-three years. Mr. Dugan, was a member of Catholic Church of the Assumption and of the Holy Name Society. Surviving are four sons, Michael J. Dugan, North Vernon, Ind,; Thomas Dugan, Cumberland; Patrick and Edmund Dugan, Keyser; four daughters, Mrs. Patrick J. Curley, Parkersburg; Mrs. James Deegan, Mrs. William J. Laffey and Miss Edith Dugan, Keyser, and one sister, Mrs. Charles White, Cumberland. Funeral services will be conducted at 9 a.m. tomorrow from Assumption church by Rev. P. J.
