Mrs. Sarah England, 75, widow of Charles Franklin England, died yesterday at 
her residence, 15 Potomac Street.  Born June 16, 1876, in Cumberland, Mrs. 
England was a member of Second Baptist Church.  Her parents were the late John 
C. and Sarah (Butler) Whalley.
   Surviving are a son, John S. England, and two daughters, Grace F. and Alma 
M. England, all of this city, and three grandchildren.
   The body is at the Scarpelli Funeral Home where services will be conducted 
Monday at 1 p.m. by Rev. Kenneth M. Hayes, pastor of Second Baptist Church.  
Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery.
