13 Jul 1915: 
"Mr. William Fair, aged 74 years, died yesterday at his home in Paradise, near Midland. 
A native of Scotland, he came to this country in 1873. His wife and the following children 
survive: Mrs. Thomas Murphy, of Austin, W. Va.; William and Francis Fair, of Midland; 
Thomas Fair, of Austin, W. Va.; Mrs. George Smith, of Midland, and Mrs. Matthew Gilchrist 
of Turtle Creek, Pa. Burial is in Belvedere Cemetery."
