Evening Times, Cumberland, Maryland, Tue 21 Jun 1960: 
"MT. SAVAGE-Patrick A. Fannon, 80, husband of Mrs. Catherine (Monahan) 
Fannon, died last night at his residence. Born in Mt. Savage, he was a 
retired merchant. His parents were the late Edward and Ellen (Cunningham) 
Fannon. He held membership in St. Patrick's Catholic Church, the Holy 
Name Society and Council 1058, Knights of Columbus. Surviving, besides 
his widow, is a brother, Lawrence Fannon, Mt. Savage. Another brother 
was the late Rt. Rev. Msgr. John Fannon. Rev. Thomas Fannon, pastor of 
St. Mary's Church, Lonaconing, is a nephew. The body is at the home."
