Evening Times, Cumberland, Maryland Thur 23 Oct 1930: 
"Mrs. Anna Farrell Dead--Mrs. Anna Farrell. aged 82 years, widow of 
John Y. Farrell, died at her home here Wednesday night at 9:20 
o'clock. She is survived by two sons and two daughters, John Farrell, Cumberland; William Farrell, Mt. Savage; Mrs. Joseph Metzinger, 
Youngstown, Ohio, and Miss Mary Farrell, at home. The funeral services 
will be held at 9 o'clock Saturday morning with a high mass of requiem 
at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Rev. G. H. Tragesser, pastor, will 
officiate. Interment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery."
