Kennedy Homes, died there Saturday, October 31, 1970. She had been in ill health several years. A native of Elk Garden, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Moffatt) Nesbitt and was the widow of William C. Fier. Mrs. Fier was a member of Southminster Presbyterian Church. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Fedell, Cleveland; two sons, T. Victor and John A. Fier, both of here (Cumberland); seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. The body is at the george Funeral Home where friends will be received today from 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Burial at Hillcrest Burial Park. #2 Printed in the Cumberland Times-News Theodore Victor Fier, 86, of 71 Greene Street, Cumberland, died Wednesday, July 17, 1991 at Sacred Heart Hospital. Born Nov. 4, 1904 in Woodland, he was the son of the late William C. and Isabella (Nesbitt) Fier. Mr. Fier served with the U.S. Army in World War II. He had been a vice president of the First National Bank of Maryland, and was a member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church. His only survivor is a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Fedell Georgia, Cleveland, Ohio. Friends will be received at the George-Upchurch Funeral Home Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted there Saturday at 10 a.m by the Rev.
