Mrs. Isabella Fier, 84, who resided at the John F. Kennedy Homes, died there 
Saturday, October 31, 1970.  She had been in ill health several years.  A 
native of Elk Garden, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Moffatt) 
Nesbitt and was the widow of William C. Fier.  Mrs. Fier was a member of 
Southminster Presbyterian Church.  Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy 
Fedell, Cleveland; two sons, T. Victor and John A. Fier, both of here 
(Cumberland); seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.  The body is 
at the george Funeral Home where friends will be received today from 7 to 9 
p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.  Burial at Hillcrest 
Burial Park.

Theodore Victor Fier, 86, of 71 Greene Street, Cumberland, died Wednesday, 
July 17, 1991 at Sacred Heart Hospital.  Born Nov. 4, 1904 in Woodland, he 
was the son of the late William C. and Isabella (Nesbitt) Fier.  Mr. Fier 
served with the U.S. Army in World War II.  He had been a vice president of 
the First National Bank of Maryland, and was a member of Emmanuel Episcopal 
Church.  His only survivor is a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Fedell Georgia, 
Cleveland, Ohio.  Friends will be received at the George-Upchurch Funeral 
Home Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.  Services will be conducted there 
Saturday at 10 a.m by the Rev. George R Pruitt Jr.  Interment will follow in 
Hillcrest Burial Park.

Dorothy A. Georgia (nee Fier), age 78 of Mentor, Ohio, passed away September 
20, 1997.  Beloved wife of William and the late Robert Fedell, dear mother of 
Patricia Mandelbaum and Michele Doll, grandmother of four.  Services 11:00 
a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24 at Brunner Funeral Home, 8466 Mentor Ave., Mentor 
where family will receive friends 7-9 Tuesday.  Interment Knollwood Cemetery, 
Mayfield Heights.  Contributions may be made to American Heart Association, 
Northeast Ohio Affiliate, Inc., 1689 East 115th St., Cleveland 44106.
