Oakland -  Mrs. Freda Buryl Frantz, 73, of Eglon, W. Va., died yesterday at 
the home of her son Raymond H. Frantz following an illness of four years.  She 
was born January 31, 1892 in Parkersburg, W. Va. and was a retired saleslady 
with Blum's Department Store, Baltimore.  She was a member of Riverside 
Baptist Church., Baltimore.  She is also survived by another son, Vernon E. 
Frantz, Baltimore; two brothers, Virgil E. Hupp, Parkersburg, and Hobart Hupp, 
Charleston;  two sisters, Mrs. Lawrence E. Webster and Mrs. Charles A. Miller 
Sr., both of Parkersburg, and five grandchildren.  The body is a the Leighton-
Durst Funeral Home where friends will be received today from 7 to 9 p.m. and 
tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.  Services will be conducted in the 
funeral home Tuesday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Clyde Hilton officiating.  Interment 
will be in Deer Park Cemetery.
