Cumberland Evening Times
   Johstown, Pa  March 5--
John T. Glessner, 52, former local contractor, died yesterday morning at his 
home, 708 Somerset street.  He was born in Johnstown, a son of Joseph and 
Maggie (Sell) Glessner.  Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Catherine (Schweitzer) 
Glessner, and a daughter, Mrs. Thelma Diehl. Elizabeth, wife of Albert Murray, 
Cumberland is a sister.
      Mr. Glessner was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church and the Fraternal 
Order of Eagles.  Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow.
